I’m happy to present my kennel « DURANTE VITA ». We live in the suburb of the beautiful, historical Baltic city of Kaliningrad. I got my first pedigreed dog more than twenty years ago – it was is small black poodle Jescarda - Rock. She gave me a pleasure of participation and victories in the shows, as well as an opportunity of participation in pedigree breeding.
Since then the poodles have always lived in our home.
More than four years ago we got the first whippet from nursery «The Fire in the Kremlin» - a nice dog with a bright character, very much loved by all of us - Love of Sergik. From that moment in our family started “Era of whippets”. I am very grateful to the breeder of Lusha – Semionova Natalia who has acquainted us with this remarkable breed. Lusha presented us two broods from which four dogs live with us.
My daughter Larissa has shared my hobby, and has undertaken all cares for the poodles. In the nursery there are charming tiny and toy- poodles modern color (silver and apricot).
Earlier we lived in the private house on a small plot of land but when the number of the whippets exceeded five, we decided that we need a house with a spacious site. Recently we have moved to an old German house/ located on a plot of land 550 sq.m Certainly, we have a lot of work to reconstruct and remodel the house and the surrounding territory but when we see how the dogs are running with their bright eyes throughout the field, and the puppies can freely play in the sun all our difficulties recede into the background. I’d like to say that without the help of my precious family - my husband and four children, my accomplishments would have been impossible and I’m so grateful to them !!!
